A folder called New Folder 14, a file called Final_FINAL_2, and half an hour hunting for yesterday’s file. This is a simple folder system from my branding work, so any file is found in under 10 seconds. (The guide is in Arabic.)

- One place for everything.
- The name tells you everything.
- Dates in reverse (2026-10-07), so alphabetical order is chronological.
- No “Final”: v01, v02, and the approved one gets Approved.
- Clutter has a schedule: clean Inbox, Desktop and Downloads once a week.
